STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) GREEN TEAM — 3-DAY ASSESSMENT & SELECTION COURSE
1. PURPOSE
This SOP establishes the framework, evaluation criteria, and execution plan for the Green Team 3-Day Assessment Course.
Green Team exists to:
- Assess candidate suitability for Bronze Squadron.
- Evaluate performance under stress, ambiguity, and fatigue.
- Identify individuals capable of operating within a disciplined, team-first environment.
2. TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Green Team is executed in accordance with the following core principles:
- Performance Under Pressure — Candidates must demonstrate competence while fatigued, uncertain, and under time constraints.
- Team Over Individual — Self-serving behavior is disqualifying. Candidates are evaluated on how they improve the team.
- Adaptability Over Perfection — Mistakes are expected. Failure to adapt is not acceptable.
3. COURSE STRUCTURE
| Attribute | Details | |---|---| | Duration | 3 Days | | Environment | Continuous operations cycle | | Evaluation | Instructor assessment |
Training is progressive, increasing in intensity each day:

6. INSTRUCTOR GUIDELINES
Cadre will:
- Maintain consistent evaluation standards.
- Apply pressure without bias.
- Provide correction, not coaching, during evaluation phases.
- Document performance objectively.
Day 1
Evaluate:
- Who listens
- Who adapts
- Who creates problems
Day 2
Identify:
- Who breaks under pressure
- Who stabilizes the team
- Who becomes a liability
Day 3
Final determination of:
- Operational readiness
- Leadership viability
- Team compatibility
7. COMMANDER'S INTENT
Green Team is not designed to pass candidates. It is designed to reveal them.
We are not looking for the loudest, fastest, or most aggressive. We are selecting those who:
- Remain composed when others don't.
- Improve the team without being asked.
- Execute without needing recognition.
Bronze Squadron does not need more operators. It needs the right ones.
